Problem with parallel file system
The parallel file sytem (/work) holding the work spaces is currently not available.
One of the 5 storage tanks of the parallel file system is malfunctioning. This affects the /work directory where the work spaces are located.
Currently 20% of the storage and 50% of the metadata are not accessible, resulting in I/O errors.
There is a system reservation on the NEMO nodes, so no new jobs will be started.
The login nodes and the home directories remain available for the moment.
Any access to /work (work spaces), in particular write access, is not recommended and will possibly be revoked until the problem can be fixed.
The problem is under investigation by the HPC team and the vendor.
